All customized orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2121 LaSallae Blvd. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. If it is a customized order, please allow 2 to 3 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday (weekend closed). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

After many hours of thought and deliberation, I decided to buy a new crumb bucket and retire the one that has been with me for 40 years. I did not come to this decision lightly. I was concerned that the quality would not be the same as my old one. I can now say that impossibly, the quality is the same and maybe even a bit better. I decided to go with a colour and laser engraving, just to be a bit fancy. I am very pleased with this new crumb bucket and it will last me for the few remaining years that I am working.
