Shipping

Personalized Orders

All customized orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Local Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 2121 LaSallae Blvd. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. If it is a customized order, please allow 2 to 3 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30pm - Monday to Friday (weekend closed). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Delivery timelinesexpectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Status of my order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

I bought this for my daughter who is going to work at Vale, I have had my lunch pail for 20 years, they are quality products and take a beating. I was hoping to have her pail engraved with her name on it but it did not appear to be an option, instead I chose the option to have her name engraved on a plate that is mounted to the pail. it worked.
